The living room

In the modern furnished living room in “Beach style” you will find a lovely sofa, fireplace (gas), ceiling fan (with bluetooth speaker), air conditioning (cold and hot), TV with Google chromecast (so everything nice streaming via your laptop, phone or tablet) and a cozy dining table.

The terrace

Adjacent to the living room is the terrace overlooking a park with a children’s playground, a cozy sitting area, patio heater, ceiling fan and a dining table.

The roof terrace

A large roof terrace with views of Alicante city, the mountains and (limited) sea views where you can sunbathe (even on a windy day).

The kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with various appliances including, electric stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The bedrooms

Bedroom 1

1 x double bed (180 x 200 cm), air conditioning (cold and hot), ceiling fan and private bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and bidet

Bedroom 2

2x single bed (90 x 200 cm), air conditioning (cold and hot), ceiling fan and private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
If necessary, the beds can also be made as 1x double bed (180 x 200 cm ).

If you need a crib and high chair please indicate this in your booking and we will make sure they are available.

The Garden

Around the house is the spacious garden with a lovely private pool, two sunny terraces with a garden set, 2 sun beds, 2 sun chairs and a parasol, a BBQ and possibly parking for the car.
