Casa La Suerte is located in the town of GRAN ALACANT in the municipality of Santa Pola, Alicante province, Valencia region.

Gran Alacant is located just 10 minutes south of Alicante airport and is a bustling village where there is plenty to do. Thus, within walking distance of the house is a large shopping center with various stores, supermarkets and restaurants and even a Dutch pub. On Thursday there is a weekly market (also within walking distance). The village has a train that takes you anywhere you want to go (even to the beach).

Go out in Alicante city (15 km ) or in Elche (17 km) where you will find the most beautiful palm gardens in the region, laze on the beach of Playa Carabassí (3 km) or stroll along the promenade of Santa Pola (7 km).

The house is located on the edge of the nature reserve Faro del Cabo, a great walking/cycling area with at the lighthouse from the panorama bridge a spectacular view over Santa Pola, the island of Tabarca and the Mediterranean Sea.

About the climate

The Costa Blanca south has a blissful microclimate. In summer, with temperatures around 30-35 degrees, it is good to stay while in the winter months the temperature rarely falls below 16 degrees. These salt lakes are also great natural areas to walk in where you will come face to face with large flocks of birds and wild flamingos.
