Public transportation

Public bus transportation is available from Gran Alacant to Santa Pola, Alicante, Arenales del Sol and El Altet with several stops in Gran Alacant.
In addition to the regular bus service, Gran Alacant has its own tourist train that runs around Gran Alacant according to a timetable.
This is good news if you do not want to rent a car while on vacation in Gran Alacante, you can reach everything with this tourist train (with 12 different stops), including the beach (stop No. 3) and supermarkets (stop No. 6).
