Casa La Suerte<\/strong> is located in the town of GRAN ALACANT<\/strong> in the municipality of Santa Pola, Alicante<\/strong> province, Valencia region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gran Alacant is located just 10 minutes south of Alicante airport and is a bustling village where there is plenty to do. Thus, within walking distance of the house is a large shopping center with various stores, supermarkets and restaurants and even a Dutch pub. On Thursday there is a weekly market (also within walking distance). The village has a train that takes you anywhere you want to go (even to the beach).
Relax in the luxurious house (fully equipped) at the private pool in the Spanish sun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go out in Alicante city (15 km ) or in Elche (17 km) where you will find the most beautiful palm gardens in the region, laze on the beach of Playa Carabass\u00ed (3 km) or stroll along the promenade of Santa Pola (7 km).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The house is located on the edge of the nature reserve Faro del Cabo, a great walking\/cycling area with at the lighthouse from the panorama bridge a spectacular view over Santa Pola, the island of Tabarca and the Mediterranean Sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About the climate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Costa Blanca south has a blissful microclimate. In summer, with temperatures around 30-35 degrees, it is good to stay while in the winter months the temperature rarely falls below 16 degrees. This ensures that average temperature on the Costa Blanca south is a lovely 19 degrees. And with about 320 days of sunshine, this gives a high quality to the Spanish outdoor life especially in the winter months. Moreover, the Costa Blanca south has been declared the healthiest region in Europe by the World Health Organization.     Because of the purifying effect in the air of the surrounding salt lakes, people with respiratory problems, asthma and skin problems are often advised to spend some time on the Costa Blanca south and also people with rheumatism or other muscle or joint problems feel much better in this microclimate. These salt lakes are also great natural areas to walk in where you will come face to face with large flocks of birds and wild flamingos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
